BusinessBookSource.com processes our credit card transactions with Authorize.net, a world leader in online credit card processing. When you have selected a product and are ready to check out, the credit card information that is collected is only used by our credit card processor to process the payment. BusinesesBookSource.com does not have access to or retains this information. We never sell, share or trade our customers personal information with any other person or entity.

Refunds & Returns

Download Products:
Our Refund Policy provides that we will fully refund your purchase price at any time when you have experience a problem in loading or opening your product that you have purchased from our website and we can not resolve the problem or provide you the product by email delivery.

Downloaded files are considered opened software. Due to distribution agreements with authors, publishers and/or literary agents, we are unable to issue a refund for the download files. We thank you for your understanding.

Shipped Product Purchases:
If you purchase a hard copy product and are not completely satisfied, you can return the product for a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase, less the shipping fee and a 15% restocking fee. The return must be shipped or postmarked within the 30 day time frame to be eligible for a refund. Call our Toll Free Number 866-900-7887 and ask our Customer Service Representative for a Return Authorization Number. Be sure to include a copy of your invoice with your returned order. All returned products must be in restockable condition or no refund will issued. A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns. Please return all products with delivery confirmation and/or signature required. We are not responsible for lost or mis-directed returns.

Products purchased on CD-ROM can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund if the security seal is not broken on the CD-ROM case. If the security seal is broken, the product is considered opened software and may not be returned for a refund. The return must be shipped or postmarked within the 30 day time frame to be eligible for a refund. To return a product purchased on CD-ROM, call our Toll Free Number 866-900-7887 and ask our Customer Service Representative for a Return Authorization Number.
